How we work

We start with the business workflow, data boundary, and quality bar. If AI is the wrong tool, we say so. If it is useful, we scope a pilot, fixed-fee build, or retainer around measurable behavior.
The same stack powers both sides of Caffinix: services for clients and products of our own. That keeps the work practical: retrieval, evals, backend reliability, cost control, and handover matter more than demos.
